Here’s something you’ve never seen before

Ha, I lied. This one was made with Plymouth Encore DK. The red one in the previous post was Caron Simply Soft Tweed, and the brown one before that was made with something I got at Hobby Lobby.
Next up is a baby blanket of blocks. Here’s block 1
Daughter previously wanted a ripple blanket. I had just picked up the Spring 2007 issue of Knit It so I had the crazy idea to give her a choice. She chose the blocks. One down, 34 to go. The ripple would have been so much easier. Who wants to place bets on how long it takes me to get bored with blocks?
I swore to myself that I wouldn’t do any more blogging about the house but I just can’t resist one more comment. People are using the restroom here while house hunting. How do I know? There are a couple of ways. One is that the lids are always down on the toilets here (don’t need the cats jumping in one or the dog drinking from one, and I think it just looks nicer to have the lid down) and I’ve come home to a lid up a couple of times. The Man suggested that maybe they’re just looking to see if they’re clean but I don’t think so. I don’t normally keep close tabs on the toilet paper but when it’s hanging way down and I didn’t leave it that way, well, someone else did it. I can’t imagine going into someone’s house and using their bathroom. I had wicked thoughts of putting itching powder on all the toilets in the house each time I have to leave. That wouldn’t help the house sell but it would sure as hell give me a laugh!

Hmm…maybe it’s the realtors while they’re waiting for someone to meet them at your house? I know I’d feel like cleaning the bathroom everytime I came into the house.
Love the block. I’ve picked out the day I think you’ll be tired of blocks. But I don’t want to say it in case it makes come true. I’ll let you know what it was later.

Ew. They can put their germs on it when they buy it, until then it should be a Jill Germ Only Zone. And toilet paper doesn’t grow on trees. Ok, scratch that one. And what is that mysterious item in the first picture? It’s like a tea cozy, but different.
My verification word is “angora”. I assume you meant goats when you selected that one.
