Baby’s mom went back to work yesterday, though she didn’t work a full day. Younger daughter watched the baby and took a few pictures. I’ll share this one.

I chose this one for a particular reason. See the sweater he is wearing? It’s a handknit sweater. But I wasn’t the one who knit it. Donna did! The kid doesn’t have a sweater from his Nana, but he does have one all the way from Australia. Thanks again, Donna!

I’m still working on the blanket. I don’t know if I’m exactly bored with it yet, but I can’t say I’m enjoying it either. It’s not the knitting that is so bad. It’s knowing all the ends I’m going to have to weave in and the seaming of the strips I’ll have to do. And while I’m not exactly bored of the knitting itself, the colors are a little boring for me. I’d rather have big bold colors.

What post would be complete without house crap

Now it’s just annoying. I can’t run around in my jammies all day and take a shower when I feel like it. When the viewings cooled off, I declared a bath-whenever/pajama day. Three people wanted to see the house so I had to go out and about without a shower. Eewww. If I take a shower and get dressed, no one wants to come by. Another sure way to get people to want to see your house? Take one long haired cat who gets a turd stuck in her butt hairs to go through every room upstairs scootching her ass. This means a trip to storage for the Little Green Machine, which is not exactly easy to get to but you do it anyway. At least I got it all cleaned up before anyone came. I’ll be so glad when all of this is over and I have something new to whine about.

    Baby! He’s a doll….

This whole not getting dressed means visitors is an offshoot of Murphy’s Law. Sucks royally.

What a cute, cute picture of your grandson! He’s adorable. And his sweater is beautiful. I think your blanket looks so great! If you want, I’ll help you weave in the ends the next time we knit together. (Let me know when you want to get together again.)

How upset were you with your cat?! What a mess.

Awwww! Look at him, he’s adorable!
Argh! The cat! Twinkie has done the same thing, it drives me insane.
