		<description>I try foods I don't like periodically just in case I find I've changed my mind about them.  The most recent discovery was that fresh brussel sprouts cooked with nutmeg are actually fit to be consumed by rational adults.  Who knew???

		<description>Yum!  I will definitely try some of these recipes.  Did you use the mahi that the fish taco recipe calls for?  I think I might try tilapia instead, but I'm wondering if it will fall apart too easily.</description>
