On the smoking thing - maybe you could take a break routinely to go relax, in the garage or somewhere even beter/different (a new place so you won’t associate the relaxation with the smoking). Does that make sense? Allow yourself the downtime without the cig?

the directions to that coffee house are surprisingly simple but I have yet to see any good ones written up. I’m bummed I didn’t go to SnB last weekend, but my baby guineas came in that day so I needed to be home for their arrival. Figures. I hope you’ll go back to it!

Opps, I forgot to mention my mother was able to finally stop smoking by using Acupunture. She’d tried a lot of other things before that without success. Good luck with it.

Hey Jill, thanks for checking out my blog. Your mystery stole sounds very interesting! Tempting to join but got way to much on the knitting plate at the moment. Hubby was just bringing up the sweater I was supposed to have knitted him last year that still hasn’t made it very far. Sigh

The first three times I went to SnB I got lost and had to call home for directions. Which is a joke, because David can’t read a map!
I joined the Mystery Stole too, but haven’t started it. I’m hankering for lace, but I need to finish all these things I’ve promised first. Which is probably why I’m hardly knitting, because I’m working on things I can’t be bothered with
